TERMS & CONDITIONS

All locksmith tasks will be undertaken by Pick A Locksmith as per the request of the client.


The tasks that Pick A Locksmith undertake will be charged based on a rate for labour and a
fee for all parts and materials supplied and fitted.

Where possible in the event that a system/lock is obsolete we will endeavour to provide a
system/lock as close to the old one as possible.

All work in general must be paid in full on the day of completion.

Payment terms for commercial invoiced accounts are strictly 28 days from date of invoice,
After this period any client that has not settled their invoice in full will be in breach of the
contract, and proceedings will be started to collect the outstanding balance and or materials
used.


We accept payment via cash, debit card, credit card, and BACS transfer.

All supplied parts carry a 12 month warranty from the date of installation.

 

In the event that you have a genuine complaint please contact Pick A Locksmith via email or phone stating your name, job location and invoice number. Pick A Locksmith will endeavour to repair/rectify the fault within the warranty period.
